Outside of work, Peter plays non-league football, enjoys quality time with his family, and is a self-proclaimed BBQ master – known for his patience, preparation, and ability to deliver the perfect result, whether at the grill or in a deal.

With nearly 9 years experience in specialist lending, Alec brings real experience from both a broker and lender perspective.

Luckily for us, he’s far better at managing relationships than his favourite team West Ham are at football… and when he’s not talking deals, he’s usually playing rugby or walking his two chihuahuas!

Outside of work she’s usually out on dog walks with Arlo the Cavapoo or at her Tuesday Spiritualist church indulging her love of all things paranormal. She is also a Blue, which is brave on a team with so many Reds!
