What is the MSXC Bridging Loan Product?

MSXC is a unique exchange bridging loan product from us at MS Lending Group, built specifically for situations where completion must happen fast, often within four weeks or less. 

Whether you’re buying at auction, working to a tight completion date, or even in the midst of a chain that’s at risk of collapsing, MSXC is designed to provide certainty and speed at one of the most time sensitive stages of a property transaction.

This is a first charge bridging loan product, available on residential, semi-commercial, and commercial properties. MSXC allows borrowing of up to £750,000 with no valuation required and up to £2 million using a desktop valuation.

Whatsmore, we boast flexible terms with no minimum loan size and a maximum loan amount of £3 million (or more on request). 

Borrowers can access up to 75% loan-to-value on residential property and up to 70% on semi-commercial or commercial property. 

MS Lending Group also guarantees same-day legal instruction once terms are accepted, ensuring that transactions can progress without delay.
