• Copy of all applicants ID and proof of address (dated within the last three months)
• Copy of all applicants credit reports (dated within the last three months)
• Property requirements (for AVM and Desktop deals – if no sales particulars are available)
• Copy of your Asset and Liabilities
• Schedule of works including GDV (if applicable)
• If a serviced loan we will require evidence of income to cover full monthly interest (AST/Leases/Payslips/SA302/Accountants Reference)
