MS Lending Group have had a record month both in terms of volume of cases along with amount lent, with some huge figures in the mix.

The company have completed £15m of loans in August consisting of 35 transactions. The most successful month for the business since it began early 2021. The month included a range of deals, some larger transactions, consisting of a £2.7m loan on an International College in Barking that was purchased for £6m, and a £3.3m loan against an £8m property in Hampstead.

Managing Director, Rob Goodall said, ‘I am immensely proud of what the team have been able to achieve this month. Challenged with it being peak holiday season, and the business also going through a transition regarding funding lines and new recruits, the attention to detail and diligence in the way the team have worked has been incredible to see.’

The company has a new Relationship Manager set to start next week, and is currently recruiting for 4 more roles.
